As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering product capabilities, ranging from incremental enhancements to net-new features that make our workflows simpler, faster, and more impactful. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, balancing tactical throughput (shipping improvements at pace) with strategic input into the long-term roadmap. This role is ideal for a SaaS product manager who thrives in iterative environments, loves the craft of continuous improvement, and takes accountability for delivering measurable outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCT DISCOVERY & STRATEGY Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data. Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact and alignment. Implement and maintain product instrumentation (e.g., Pendo) to track adoption and surface opportunities. Contribute evidence-backed insights into roadmap planning and domain strategy. CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partner closely with Design and Engineering to ensure enhancements are intuitive, consistent, and technically feasible. Work asynchronously with distributed team members across multiple regions. Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and regularly. OWNERSHIP OF DELIVERY & OUTCOMES Manage backlog, epics, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for engineering teams. Track adoption and impact of shipped features, co-creating success metrics with design and engineering. Proactively remove blockers and maintain high delivery throughput. Highlight improvements back to the business and clients with strong storytelling and go-to-market materials. THINGS YOU COULD BE WORKING ON Shaping and delivering new product capabilities in domains like intake, sourcing, engagement, or panel management. Shipping small but high-impact optimizations that make complex workflows more seamless. Delivering measurable UX uplift across a workflow, tracked through adoption and client feedback. Implementing product analytics dashboards that democratize insights across the org. Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth go-to-market launches. Helping shape the long-term roadmap for a domain while ensuring throughput on near-term enhancements. While this role is remote-friendly, candidates based on the West Coast, USA are preferred to ensure optimal alignment with teams and clients across the United States and Australia. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent product-focused role). Proven success delivering enhancements in SaaS, ideally in B2B (B2C experience also considered). Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design. Strong backlog management and prioritization skills. Familiarity with analytics instrumentation (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel). Comfort engaging with APIs, data schemas, and technical documentation (not hands-on coding). Experience with workflow, procurement, marketplace, or RFP platforms preferred. As a Product Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering product capabilities from discovery through launch, ensuring they solve meaningful customer problems, drive measurable outcomes, and strengthen our competitive edge. You’ll work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, facilitating trade-off discussions, making informed decisions, and ensuring delivery stays aligned to our strategy. This role is ideal for a SaaS-focused product manager who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and takes accountability for results, not just releases. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCT DISCOVERY & STRATEGY Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data analysis. Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Keep ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive moves to inform product direction. CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Partner with engineering to design scalable, technically feasible solutions that align with product vision. Collaborate with design to ensure user workflows are intuitive, consistent, and meet high usability standards. Facilitate discussions to resolve design/technical trade-offs while keeping delivery on track. Align with sales, enablement, and customer success to deliver seamless go-to-market launches. OWNERSHIP OF DELIVERY & OUTCOMES Own and manage the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for development teams. Drive delivery through Agile processes, proactively removing blockers and managing dependencies. Measure success using product analytics, customer feedback, and business impact, iterating where needed. Make timely decisions in ambiguous situations, balancing speed, quality, and scope. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS B2B or enterprise environment. Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end SaaS products from concept through launch. Strong technical fluency - able to discuss APIs, integrations, and architecture trade-offs with engineering. Highly skilled at working across product, design, and engineering with a shared sense of ownership. Strong problem-solving ability, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Fullstory) to track product usage and guide decisions. Familiarity with Agile ways of working, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning. (Preferred) Experience in legal tech or other compliance-heavy industries. While this role is remote, candidates must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours to overlap with our U.S. and Australia-based teams and clients The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, based on experience.
