Restocking and rotating bakery products in retail stores, maintaining displays, and ensuring compliance with store schematics. | High school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, customer service skills, flexible hours. | .Job description: As a Part-Time Merchandiser for Flowers Baking Company, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bakery products are effectively merchandised and presented in retail stores. Your role will contribute to maximizing product visibility, maintaining optimal stock levels, and enhancing the overall representation of Flowers Baking Company within the designated retail locations. Merchandiser Pay: $25.00/hour (weekly pay) Merchandiser Hours: 12-15 hours per week - you will work approx. 6-8 hours every Sunday and Wednesday. MERCHANDISER RESPONSIBILITES: • Merchandise, stock, and rotate bread and cake products on a company assigned restock route at various retail partners. Adhere to the stop sequence, and established service times to drive efficiency and to ensure continued customer satisfaction and consistent service times • Adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product. Always ensure shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products • Adhere to required customer shelf schematic/plan-o-gram to ensure customer compliance • Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service • Check in and communicate with store management at each visit • Establish and maintain a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel • Maintain a professional appearance • Maintain cleanliness of an organized workspace • Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Possess a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores • Must be customer oriented with the ability to provide an extraordinary level of customer service and solve customer issues as they occur. • Ability to work various hours and days of the week, and potentially some holidays – (hours are based on client needs) • Must be able to regularly lift and carry products weight up to 50 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. #indJennifer Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.99 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
