Dark Matter utilizes AWS for hosting applications and is looking for a developer who can learn and leverage the best tools for the job. Security is a core part of the development process and critical to the success of the developer in this role. Summary The Staff Software Engineer will: Write code and develop software applications (cloud and/or in-house), based on requirements, using programming languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools to create functional and efficient applications. Analyze user requirements, develop software solutions, and ensure the applications are robust and efficient. Perform rigorous testing to identify and fix any bugs or errors, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the software meets quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the software meets user requirements and is delivered on time. Update existing software applications to enhance functionality, fix issues, and incorporate new features, including troubleshooting, patching, and ensuring the software remains up-to-date. Document the software development process, including code documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications to assist in knowledge transfer and future maintenance of the software. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to build strong client relationships, provide strategic digital marketing guidance, and help drive retention, product adoption, and revenue growth across a portfolio of franchise and multi-location clients. This is a client-facing strategic account management role, not a hands-on channel execution role. The Digital Marketing Consultant should understand SEO, paid media, local/GBP, analytics, and tracking well enough to explain performance, identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and coordinate action plans with internal specialists. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus). 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or performance consulting, with a focus on customer retention, client growth, and strategic recommendations. Experience advising clients on digital marketing performance across multiple channels, preferably in a franchise, multi-location environment.
