Manage and develop B2B relationships with corporate clients to promote educational programs, negotiate agreements, and ensure client satisfaction. | Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in B2B higher education sales, experience with Fortune 1000 clients, sales training, and familiarity with Salesforce preferred. | The Corporate Engagement Account Manager will be the face of Colorado Technical University to the external corporate marketplace for CTU’s Education Alliance Center (EAC), and represents the entire range of CTU and EAC programs. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, prospect, and qualify new client opportunities with assigned companies in target market, promoting the value of CTU educational products and solutions for the prospective company and its employees. * Conduct client needs analysis to establish client goals and expectations to form B2B agreements that create meaningful educational benefit solutions for the client * Negotiate agreements for services, programs, products, and pricing * Oversee successful client engagement to expand relationships through employee communication plans * Proactively lead client strategic account planning that develops mutual performance objectives and milestones * Coordinate the involvement of internal and external resources, including support, service, marketing resources, etc. in order to meet the client’s performance objectives and expectations * Drive and maintaining high levels of customer service * Proactively assess, clarify, and cater to client needs * Diligently maintains strategic internal client database, and shares information across internal teams QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) * 3 years of experience in business to business (B2B) higher education sales * History of acquiring and developing Fortune 1000 relationships * Formal sales training * MBA from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) - Preferred * Experience working for a higher education institution in a B2B capacity - Preferred * Salesforce.com experience - Preferred * Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on behalf of a college, university, or other   educational institution - Preferred * Understanding of university operations including student enrollment, marketing, and recruiting - Preferred * Wilson Learning Counselor Salesperson training - Preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Excellent prospecting skills with ability to achieve agreement and marketing goals * Works well in results-oriented environment and thrives on accountability * Strong personal presence, with excellent verbal and written communications skills * Skilled networker, confident with “C” suite conversations * Advanced client relationship building skills, including excellent listening skills to uncover and understand client needs * Excellent presentations skills (large and small groups) * Strong analytical skills * Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to work independently and drive to expected results * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel up to 75%

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on analysis, requiring expertise in data extraction, modeling, and visualization. The Director will analyze complex datasets, identify performance drivers, and communicate findings that influence key marketing and business decisions. The position requires proficiency in SQL, dashboard development, and translating analytical results into clear recommendations for leadership. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Analytics Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, setting priorities, guiding analysis, and developing skills. • Partner with marketing, admissions, and operations leaders to identify high-impact analytic opportunities that improve acquisition and retention performance. • Translate business challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights. • Present findings to non-technical audiences, connecting data insights to business outcomes. Hands-On Analysis & Modeling • Perform advanced analyses of student lifecycle and marketing funnel data to identify key growth levers. • Build predictive and behavioral models to improve targeting, conversion, and retention. • Manage experimentation and A/B testing frameworks to optimize channel performance. • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for executives and marketing teams. Marketing Performance & Optimization • Partner with media and web teams to ensure complete tracking across campaigns, websites, and channels. • Analyze paid and organic channel data (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, email, SEO, etc.) to measure ROI and recommend optimizations. • Work closely with the web analyst to interpret GA4 data, conversion paths, and site engagement. • Recommend budget allocations and targeting improvements based on incremental impact. Data & Tools • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets. • Use data visualization tools (Tableau) to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders. • Partner with IT and data engineering to ensure clean, consistent, and timely data delivery. • Evaluate new data sources, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and insight quality QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience: Minimum • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field • 6+ years of applied marketing analytics experience • 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role • Strong analytical and statistical foundation; hands-on with SQL and at least one of R or Python • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, primarily Tableau • Solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts (attribution, MMM, funnel analysis, experimentation). • Experience with GA4 and marketing platform analytics (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to explain insights to executives and operators alike.
