The R2P process in North America annually supports millions of transactions with tens of thousands of suppliers across thousands of end users. R2P is on a journey to improve the end user experience, minimize unnecessary cost and waste, and standardize the process in all ways possible Responsibilities The R2P Manager will lead and partner on the deployment of Request-to-Pay initiatives across PepsiCo’s North American (NA) Business Units. Everything will be done with a full end-to-end view and will include driving process, system, and organizational optimization. This role is pivotal in aligning operational execution with PepsiCo’s global procurement strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and data integrity across the R2P lifecycle. The optimal candidate will have prior applied experience in or supporting the R2P business processes. Additionally helpful is intermediate to expert level knowledge and use of the SAP procurement tools/technology.
