Develop and lead delivery teams in building Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects, implement features, troubleshoot, and manage integrations and configurations. | Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification, 3+ years SFCC development, client-facing experience, strong JavaScript skills, and eCommerce platform knowledge. | Peoplevisor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) Developer. In this role, the candidate will develop, assist, and lead delivery teams in building projects within Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This candidate is going to have one of the most critical roles in a successful software delivery team, possessing a broad variety of technical and soft skills. KEY EXPECTATIONS • Implement new features using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) scripting language based on JavaScript • Implement front-end features using jQuery library • Create and maintain code documentation • Debug and troubleshoot software defects • Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards. • Participates in Agile sprints and design, develop, test and implement changes as defined by business requirements. • Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies or integration scenarios and identify customization's needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements. • Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/back-end systems leveraging link cartridge/OCAPI/custom services while ensuring scalability, performance and coding guidelines. • Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases in a timely manner. • Help team/client with Business Manager configuration and administration. • Build reusable cartridge/components. • Implement build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and • DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality. • Lead discussions with internal business partners to identify needs and translate business requirements into detail functional specifications and technical solutions. • Communicate efficiently and accurately with the Project Manager and report any progress and/or delays. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Digital Developer Required • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of developer experience within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (both server and client side) and at least one other major programming language • Experience working in all phases of the software development life-cycle from requirements gathering to final delivery and support • Solid understanding of basic eCommerce concepts, such as catalog architecture, pricing and inventory management strategies, payment processors, and technologies that support a successful eCommerce strategy such as PIM, OMS, and ERP • Experience with supporting and/or implementing public-facing eCommerce websites • Strong experience on major eCommerce platforms • Self-driven and motivated • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a fantastic attention to detail Employer’s Rights: Peoplevisor, LLC. has the right to revise this job description at any time. Analyze and implement HR technology solutions, coordinate SaaS integrations, and support workforce management systems. | 3+ years IT delivery experience with cloud-based application integration, database knowledge, and familiarity with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors. | Peoplevisor is seeking an experienced HR Workforce Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions, aligning to corporate policy & best practices. The HR Workforce Systems Analyst will work closely with multiple teams to support Human Resource (HR) technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos Workforce Dimensions Time & Attendance, and Salesforce, and may be involved with several other HR technologies relating to workforce management and in recruiting. KEY EXPECTATIONS • Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements, create detailed technical design documents or user stories. • Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership. • Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards. • Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • 3+ years of experience in IT delivery. • Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations). • Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL). • Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.). • Experience with data migration. • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform. Kronos or Salesforce is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
