Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Support the development and implementation of the organization's public relations programs, policies, events, and activities to include correspondence, messaging, and campaigns that span the different levels of Project and Product Management. Establish and maintain relationships with Army and other Services to ensure effective communication and change-readiness capabilities are in place. Provide peer review of physical and virtual promotional materials and monitoring, reviewing, approving, and submitting items for public release Collaborate and draft articles through newspapers, periodicals, and audio and visual communications media, including the Internet and outward facing websites. Create, manage, and publish engaging content – in various formats – across digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media, newsletters) ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and alignment with command priorities. Review published content; monitoring, listening and responding to users developing and expand community outreach efforts. Provide multimedia support, including photography, videography and basic graphic design to support public affairs campaigns, leadership messaging, and event documentation. Monitor community activities and coordinate participation in events and public forums. Development of relevant content in specialized areas of public affairs activities such as press, radio, and TV relations, tradeshow relations and community relations. Development and management of internal communications efforts, including but not limited to newsletters, awards, SharePoint content, etc. Support with knowledge management and staff action task management on behalf of the directorate. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in public affairs/public relations or a related field is required. Can be substituted with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant military service or related experience. DINFOS accreditation, or similar, desired but not required; Published articles may be requested to demonstrate experience.
Manage and oversee DoD contract program operations including compliance, resource management, scheduling, financial control, and reporting to senior leadership. | 5+ years program management on DoD contracts, PMP or DAWIA Level III PM certification, Master's degree or Bachelor's with 6+ years experience, and Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. | Description • Ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, each task order, and ensures that non-conforming services are corrected. • Execute with excellence the contract requirements through human, financial, material, technical and administrative resources (cost, schedule, performance, and quality). • Oversee contractor personnel supporting program operations. • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract and subcontract support activities. • Regularly brief senior corporate and government leadership on program status and milestones. • Provide technical guidance. • Manage and control financial aspects of the program within contract requirements. • Attend and contribute to meetings on a myriad of programmatic issues and topics. Qualifications • 5 years of experience as a Program Management on a DoD Contract, ending not longer than 12 months prior to hiring. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certification. • Master's degree in a business-related field (or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years' experience). • Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
