We are currently seeking a Landscaping Account Manager to join our new Maintenance Team Division. In this role, you will pursue and maintain client relationships including client orientation with prospects, creating estimates/proposals for new accounts and enhancements, annual renewals, and overall customer satisfaction. You will provide field teams with all necessary training, tools and resources to win - materials, equipment, sub-contractors, and labor schedules. The position will operate at a high-level to ensure all production is profitable, while maintaining world-class customer service with clients. This role plays a key leadership part in executing the company’s vision and driving long-term growth and impact. Headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, CA, we’ve spent decades building both landscapes and relationships with hundreds of clients-turned-friends across Orange County. Our team of skilled landscape and construction professionals is united by a strong company culture rooted in excellence, collaboration, and pride in our craft. We offer a competitive annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 (depending on experience). Landscaping Account Manager-Maintenance Division Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, managing crews, routes, schedules, and production standards to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Own client relationships for maintenance accounts, including scheduling, customer service, warranties, punch lists, repairs, and post-job site reviews. Drive maintenance and enhancement sales for existing and future clients, including preparing proposals and managing opportunities in Aspire. Ensure quality control through site audits, crew training, subcontractor coordination, and accountability for workmanship standards. Support team performance through coaching, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed. Oversee safety, equipment, and documentation, including incident reports, job site photos, manuals, and maintaining organized, ready-to-use tools and equipment. Leverage knowledge of plant health, soil conditions, and regional plant performance to support successful landscape designs. Other job duties as required. Landscaping Account Manager-Maintenance Division Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in landscaping account management or related service roles. Success overseeing landscape crews and ensuring site safety compliance. Strong understanding of service economics, labor efficiency, and field productivity metrics. Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software preferred. Experienced managing multiple client accounts, budgets, and service deliverables simultaneously. Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) or Qualified Applicator License (QAL) is preferred. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). The Role We are currently seeking a Landscape Project Manager - Construction Operations. This position has three core responsibilities: Construction Operations You lead operations for our construction division. You coordinate the overall construction schedule across three crews. You’re accountable for hitting monthly construction revenue targets and maintaining operational consistency across all projects.
