Execute property marketing strategies, manage leasing and sales activities, and enhance resident retention. | Experience in property sales, marketing, leasing, social media, and proficiency with relevant tools like Entrata, Canva, and social media platforms. | The Marketing Support Specialist travels full-time to activate brands, driving awareness and generating interest for strong lead generation to support a property’s lease up strategy. This role provides hands-on sales and marketing support, focusing on building brand awareness, quality lead capture, nurture, and conversion. The ideal candidate thrives on new challenges and environments, quickly establishing productive relationships to maximize execution impact and drive performance. What You’ll Do: Execute the marketing strategy o Lead the execution of the property’s marketing plan to include: Outbound marketing, including large housing fairs, sponsorship events, etc. Resident and leasing events Organic social channels Email marketing campaigns Lead the stabilization of sales & marketing for transitions Aid in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, outbound marketing for properties onboarding to the Peak platform Responsible for the completion of sales and marketing tasks on the Transition Checklist Customer experience and retention Execute the renewal strategy to increase resident retention rates, refine and adjust the strategy as needed to meet each property’s unique needs. Drive online reputation and satisfaction survey engagement to maintain a strong brand reputation. Sales and leasing Assist in nurturing leads and conducting in-person and virtual tours to convert leads at a higher pace. Manage lease paperwork and assist with move-in procedures according to Peak's guidelines. The Resident Accounts Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial functions of a portfolio of properties, including rent collection and delinquency management. This role also involves providing resident support and managing customer care issues. | Candidates should have previous experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeper role within the property management industry and be proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. | Summary The Resident Accounts Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations and financial functions of a portfolio of properties. This remote position centralizes rent collection, delinquency efforts, and scheduled billing responsibilities to optimize revenue for each property. This position also provides resident support through customer care and reputation management. Who You Are: You are self-motivated and enjoy working with others through a remote office setting with virtual communication You have a high degree of self-discipline You are dependable, focused, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work. You understand the impact that revenue, delinquency, and ancillary income has on the financial performance of the property and portfolio. Your work ethic is strong, and you enjoy working with different management styles. What You’ll Do: Collecting and posting rent in a timely manner according to state and local requirements for each property Execute collections strategies to keep delinquency below 1% Monitor and follow up on bad debt, including use of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool to assist with resident communication and collections Preparation of all notices, resident, and guarantor contact, and filing evictions electronically, if available. Manage Leap program Complete pre-close and AME checklists Post all charges for quarterly inspections and move-out Complete timely Final Move Out statements and quarterly notices Manage in house collections, including use of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool to assist with prior resident communication and collections.
