Foster collaboration across teams to drive clarity and alignment on goals, timelines, and execution. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, ensuring the product stays ahead of market trends and customer expectations. • Regularly evaluate product outcomes against key performance indicators (KPIs) and use customer and usage data to iterate and refine the product roadmap. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on product goals and ensure all requirements are integrated into the roadmap and execution plan. Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external customers, partners, and vendors to deliver on business objectives. • Define and track key metrics for product success, ensuring the team has clear visibility on progress and performance. Use insights from data to drive continuous product improvements, ensuring the product consistently meets business goals and customer needs. • Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making. Ensure alignment between product initiatives and broader company objectives, while guiding less experienced product managers and cross-functional team members. Education and Experience • Bachelor's Degree • 8+ yrs experience in a Product Manager role with a proven track record of successfully delivering successful outcomes. • Exceptional ability to execute product roadmaps, balancing strategic vision with tactical delivery. Ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoff decisions in fast-paced environments. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders. • Deep customer and market insight, with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating those insights into impactful product features. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Partners with sales business process owners and key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, collect business requirements, analyze and evaluate solutions options, and deliver business value through new system and process capabilities • Performs independent analysis and leads projects by identifying a business opportunity, evaluating data, modeling and communicating final insightful analytical results to leadership that drive strategic decisions • Utilizes Salesforce Reports and Power BI to design and build dashboards to help management quickly understanding current business trends • Meets regularly with the leadership team to report on current and pending reporting requests, present analysis results, and discuss areas of opportunity for productivity improvement • Identifies impact and validates return on investment (ROI) of new technology and process changes. Provides input on modifications to maximize investments and improve efficiency and effectiveness • Provides direction to developers on new technology and process changes to ensure they are fully functional and approved prior to release • Participates in analysis of outside vendors and sales tools and provides feedback on project roadmap and priority • Aligns with key stakeholders to establish related people / process metrics and reporting to inspect utilization / adoption of sales tools. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • 5+ years' experience in Sales Leadership or Sales Operations • Must have experience in Salesforce and related tool reporting and analysis such as Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expression) highly preferred • Strong understanding of sales, including the stages of the sales process and key sales metrics. • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Physical requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems and type. The pay range for this position is $65,300-$105,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
