You will also assist with the configuration and deployment of new hardware. Inventory & Asset Management: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, overseeing the entire asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal. Process Improvement: You'll proactively identify trending issues, develop scalable solutions, and contribute to the automation of IT processes to enhance efficiency. Documentation: You'll be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles within Confluence.
