In this role you will support the Defense Information Systems Agency - DISA, Technology Architecture Governance - TAG. Position Details: Education Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (required). Years of Experience Requirement: • Five years change management experience. Certification Qualification: • Axelos ITIL v3 Certification (v3 is required) • Axelos ITIL v4 or above (highly desirable) Clearance: • Top Secret/SCI (required) Experience Requirements: • Demonstrated ability to apply change and configuration management principles, best practices, and methodology; including experience in planning, executing, reviewing, and monitoring IT changes and configurations to minimize disruptions. • Proficiency in service management tools to automate and manage infrastructure configurations • Demonstrated ability to identify and assess risks associated with configuration and change management, along with a track record of implementing effective risk mitigation strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management. • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as risk management framework (RMF) standards, and experience in ensuring IT configurations and changes adhere to these standards.
