Position Summary: The Growth team at Pareto plays a central role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, enabling commercial success, and supporting executive team decision-making. We partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to explore new growth opportunities, evaluate strategic partnerships, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable direction. The Senior Manager / Director, Strategy will play a pivotal role in advancing Pareto’s growth strategy and supporting top-priority strategic initiatives with high executive visibility. Position Summary: This role is designed for a senior, analytically sophisticated individual contributor who feels most at home in the space between data science and traditional BI analytics. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will partner closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional stakeholders to tackle complex, ambiguous analytical problems. You will lead analyses end-to-end, framing questions, wrangling and validating data, designing sound analytical approaches, and translating results into clear, actionable insights. This role is not focused on building predictive models or machine learning systems for production, and it does not include people management responsibilities.
