You'll lead day-to-day public relations efforts, content planning, and execution, ensuring our stories reach the right audiences at the right time. You will manage the relationship with the PR agency, produce and edit blogs, case studies, and long-form content, and support thought leadership for the founder. You will also closely collaborate with the Social Media Manager to amplify content and PR wins. Reports to: Director of Marketing This role will include: • Manage the external PR agency relationship and oversee daily deliverables • Review and edit press releases, pitches, and media lists • Coordinate media interviews, award submissions, and speaking opportunities • Monitor coverage and report on media performance • Plan and maintain the editorial calendar in alignment with GTM themes and campaigns • Draft and edit blogs, case studies, and lead-generation assets (eBooks, guides, etc.) • Repurpose content for social and campaign use • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices • Ghostwrite and edit bylines and contributed articles for the founder and other company SMEs • Track and pursue strategic awards and speaking opportunities • Partner closely with our Social Media Manager and Marketing Director to drive efforts and provide PR insights Our ideal candidate will have the following: • 5+ years of experience in PR, content marketing, or communications. Experience within SaaS, or edtech sector strongly preferred • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities • Strong project management and organizational skills (experience with Asana is a plus) • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing external vendors • Skills with AI, PR tools (like Muck Rack), content management systems, and SEO- a huge plus!
