We are seeking a full-time, remote IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering information technology projects that support business objectives. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality and security standards. IT Project Managers oversee the full project lifecycle, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic, often complex environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closure Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate resources across internal teams and external vendors Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication Lead stand-ups and other project meetings, inclusive of comprehensive notes, next steps and owners Perform sprint planning and manage team members accordingly Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using formal change control Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools Resolve conflicts and remove blockers impacting project progress Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and business requirements Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Planview, Smartsheet) Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams Financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Proven experience in risk management and change management Paradigm Benefits: Health and wellness– We want our people to be and stay healthy, so we offer PPO, HDHP, and HMO health insurance options with Cigna and Kaiser (CA employees only). This position is responsible for providing administrative system support across all risk solutions products and executing key operational processes to ensure the smooth operation of all systems. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks that support patient management, system and database management, client structure setup, and facilitation of communications within the patient management team. Additionally, this position will provide general support to Clinical Solutions personnel. It will also serve as an extra layer of support for implementing quality initiatives and maintaining quality assurance across all administrative functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with the execution of follow-up tasks derived from quality review audits or functions. Providing technical assistance to production and quality staff regarding systems support for all contracts across risk products. Ensuring data integrity through various cleanup projects related to injured worker contracts and clients. Tracking all customer deliverables to ensure timely submissions that meet the company’s Standards of Performance. Initiate appropriate action plans for late reports, contracts, or necessary task updates. Participating in the report review process as required by established workflow procedures. Collaborating with other internal departments (Budgeting and Data Analytics, Bill Review, and Accounting) to address and resolve specific patient/provider issues that may require data updates. Participating in company projects that require representation from the Clinical Solutions Delivery teams, as requested by management. Engage and facilitate discussions with internal and external personnel regarding assigned administrative tasks. Performing other administrative duties as requested, including uploading records into ECL, documenting and archiving patient notes, researching patient-specific issues, and tracking deliverables as needed. Tracking of all customer deliverables to ensure timely submission that meet company Standards of Performance. Initiate appropriate action plans for late reports or contracts and Tasking updates when necessary. Participate in the report review process as required by established workflow procedures. Participate in company projects requiring representation from the Clinical Solutions Delivery teams, as requested by management. Responsible for complying with Paradigm IT security requirement and policies. Responsible for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related IT passwords. Responsible for notifying Paradigm of any IT security incidents per policy 16.0 Information Security Incident Management. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write correspondence and memos and utilize e-mail communication effectively. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
