Support and enhance marketing systems and workflows, experiment with automation and AI tools, and improve operational processes. | Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, data analysis, and a strong curiosity for AI and automation tools. | Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. We replace the outdated, error-prone paper and fax process, which negatively impacts over 30 million patients annually, with a system that's 10 times faster. Our platform connects a vast network of Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers, clinicians, and payors across all 50 states, ensuring millions of patients get the life-saving products they need quickly and efficiently. Join our team and make a difference in patient care. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of marketing, systems, and automation. You'll help power—and increasingly redesign—the operational backbone behind Parachute Health's marketing engine. That includes traditional systems like HubSpot, but also emerging AI-enabled and automation tools that help us move faster. This is not a traditional marketing ops or RevOps role. We are looking for someone scrappy, curious, and excited to experiment—someone who wants to dig into tools like n8n, Retool, AI workflow builders, and agentic automations. If you enjoy figuring things out, connecting systems and teams, and turning messy processes into automated workflows, you'll thrive at Parachute Health. What You'll Work On You'll start by learning and supporting our core systems and quickly move into building and experimenting. Foundational Operations • Create and maintain workflows that ensure clean, accurate contact and company data in HubSpot (lifecycle stages, properties, segmentation). • Review and improve existing workflows for lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle progression. • Build lists and segments to support campaigns, reporting, and pipeline visibility. • Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve lead quality and speed-to-action. • Create clear documentation to help us scale best practice processes and democratize understanding across our organization Automation & AI Experimentation • Prototype and implement automation workflows across tools (e.g., HubSpot + enrichment tools + internal systems). • Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve: • Lead enrichment and routing • Data hygiene and deduplication • Alerting, summaries, and internal notifications • Speed and consistency of operational tasks • Explore and build agentic or semi-agentic workflows. • Document what works, what breaks, and how we scale. Continuous Improvement • Identify repetitive manual processes and propose ways to automate or eliminate them. • Help us evolve from "process-based ops" to AI-assisted, system-driven growth operations. • Learn fast, ship improvements, and iterate. What We're Looking For We care as much about how you think than the tools you've already mastered. • 2-5 years of experience in marketing ops, growth, analytics, automation, or a related role. • Experience with HubSpot. Comfort working with systems, data, and process logic. • Strong curiosity about automation, AI tools, and "how things work under the hood." • Ability to self-learn new tools quickly and experiment without perfect instructions. • Clear communicator who can explain what you built and why it matters. • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, custom scripts). • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for enrichment, summarization, routing, or analysis. • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth startups. This Role Is Not a Fit If: • You're primarily looking for a traditional RevOps or CRM admin path. • You prefer clearly defined tasks over experimentation and iteration. • You're uncomfortable learning tools that don't yet have best practices. Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity • You'll gain hands-on experience with next-generation marketing and revenue systems. • You'll help define how AI-assisted growth operations work at a scaling healthcare SaaS company. • You'll build highly transferable skills that go far beyond HubSpot administration. • You'll have real ownership and visibility early in your career.
