As a General Manager, you will lead a high-performing team and oversee the success of the beloved neighborhood bakery-cafe to sweet success. As a General Manager, at Panera, Your Role Includes: Own all aspects of leading, the bakery-cafe team include planning and managing staffing needs, scheduling, people development, career development, performance management, training, and succession planning.
