The Product Manager at Palco is responsible for creating and execution of a product plan to help achieve our corporate goals and initiatives. You are the key owner of your product roadmap and ultimately the creator of the vision that fuels the development teams. Key responsibilities include setting the vision for your assigned product to maximize penetration within Palco’s market space, prioritizing product and customer requirements to meet identified business needs, and managing internal and external relationships related to the product. The Product Manager collaborates with Palco’s Director and IT Teams to ensure goals are met, and that product efforts are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and goals. This role focuses on early‑stage market intelligence, partnership development, opportunity qualification, and strategic positioning.
