Lead and manage the Pager Health brand and communications strategy, oversee content creation and corporate communications, and mentor a small marketing team. | 5+ years in B2B healthcare or health-tech brand marketing, expertise in brand strategy, digital content, media relations, graphic design tools, team leadership, and strong communication skills. | Description: • Own and manage the Pager Health brand, including narrative, messaging, and visuals across the customer journey • Lead the evolution of brand positioning, value propositions, and communications strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including thought leadership, marketing assets, and presentations • Oversee corporate communications, including press releases, media relations, and reputation management • Create and manage critical market-facing assets, including white papers, case studies, pitch decks, solution sheets, FAQs, and more • Ensure all brand and communication initiatives align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes • Oversee brand project management to ensure timely and successful delivery • Manage, guide, and mentor a small team of brand and communications specialists Requirements: • 5+ years in brand and communications marketing within B2B healthcare, health-tech, or AI-enabled services • Demonstrated ability to design and implement brand and communications strategies that align with business goals • Proven track record in digital content creation, social media, advertising operations, and web copy • Experience developing media strategies, writing press releases, and building journalist relationships • Hands-on experience with brand architecture, messaging, and visual design • Ability to manage and mentor high-performing marketing teams • Strong skills in managing deadlines, budgets, and resources • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Copywriting and editing expertise • Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform strategy • Expert use of graphic design tools including Adobe suite, Figma, Canva • Strong visual storytelling abilities for presentations and pitch decks • Experience and comfort working upstream, cross stream and downstream in the organization Benefits: • stock options • a range of medical, dental, vision • financial benefits • generous PTO • stipends for professional development • wellness benefits • remote-first work environment
