This division supports a diverse group of businesses that grow and harvest oysters, clams, mussels, and steelhead trout across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. You’ll serve as the strategic HR partner for about 400 team members across more than a dozen sites including farms, hatcheries, processing plants, and a retail/restaurant location. The role covers the full HR spectrum: recruiting, employee relations, compensation, training, and more. We’re looking for someone business-savvy, people-centered, and passionate about making an impact through strong HR leadership. This position is based in Coupeville, WA or Clackamas, OR, requires significant travel (up to 50%) to remote and rural aquaculture locations, involves close collaboration with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, and is supported by our centralized HR team for payroll, benefits, and systems. Key Responsibilities 1.
