Your Daily Adventures Will Include: • Lead and scale a team of technical architects and consultants delivering complex technical solutions and AI-powered transformations. • Embed into strategic accounts to accelerate adoption, gather deep feedback, and operationalize scalable solutions. • Drive customer AI transformation initiatives by identifying use cases and leading implementation of predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and workflow optimization. • Guide customers through data preparation, model integration, and deployment best practices. • Own the strategy and execution of Outreach’s technical delivery standards to ensure high-quality, scalable, and repeatable implementations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap and support AI capability rollout. • Support high-impact pre-sales engagements through technical scoping, solution design, and proof-of-value efforts. • Define and track delivery KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, platform adoption, performance metrics) to drive operational excellence. • Contribute to Outreach’s AI thought leadership and represent customer needs in product development discussions. Our Vision of You: • 10+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS. • Proven success leading customer-facing teams including technical architects or similar roles at the intersection of product, services, and innovation. • Deep understanding of AI/ML models, APIs, data pipelines, and deployment infrastructure. • Hands-on implementation experience with AI use cases such as NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics. • Involvement in data preparation, model fine-tuning, and performance optimization. • Strong technical acumen across SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, cloud architecture, and GTM/SalesTech ecosystems. • Experience translating complex business goals into technical solutions that drive measurable impact. • Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong operational mindset with experience driving KPIs, process improvements, and scalable delivery models. • Passion for innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and building high-impact customer experiences.
