About the role: At OUAI, our community is what drives us. As the Community Management Coordinator, you’ll engage with our existing brand friends & fans and help introduce OUAI to new ones. Just like you’ve built your FYP brick by brick, you’ll take ownership of how we show up in comments, replies, and DMs across social. You’ll speak directly to our audience, discover fresh talent, and spot emerging trends. You’re a connector of people with strong verbal and written communication skills. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Social Media and collaborate with the greater marketing team and cross-functional partners. What you’ll do: Respond to comments, tags, DMs, and mentions across social channels, all in our brand voice Help craft responses for launches, brand moments, partnerships, and FAQs Proactively engage with creators, fans, and collaborators to spark conversation and create viral-worthy interactions Explore ways to speak directly to our most loyal brand fans and community subgroups, e.g. via Broadcast channels, Close Friends, etc. Surface talent for potential collaborations and influencer partnerships Monitor social for inbound inquiries and relevant trends, helping us react in real time Source and identify social listening moments to be used for content Problem-solve by partnering cross-functionally to escalate or seek answers from relevant teams Be on the frontlines of communication and crisis management, using best judgement while following processes to escalate sensitive issues and feedback to internal stakeholders Act as the connective tissue between our community and internal stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Growth, and Digital teams Track and report on sentiment and social listening trends Identify and execute surprise-and-delight opportunities Help execute social community events that build brand love and fuel advocacy aligned to brand, product, + campaign objectives Join creative brainstorms and pitch ideas, including social-first concepts What you'll bring: 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications “We Aren’t Afraid to Go First.” – This means pitching bold community strategies, experimenting with new ideas and taking inspiration from outside the beauty industry, and leaning into relevant trends with a unique spin. About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager of Professional Distribution to establish and maintain strong relationships with our important professional channel partners that include Salon Centric. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing all account-related matters and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Responsibilities include achieving designated retail and net sales goals, managing merchandise in assigned retailers, and collaborating with retailers on new launches, sampling, and special events. The Manager of Professional Distribution will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage shipment flow and replenishment of merchandise and will partner with marketing and education teams to develop personalized programs that drive retail sales. The Manager, Professional Distribution will report to the Director of Sales. Additionally, the successful candidate will generate weekly/monthly sales reports to analyze and review performance. What you’ll do: Achievement of retail sales goals through: Building effective working relationships with assigned account merchants Plan sampling and activities with the retailer Working with cross-functional partners to ensure inventory position, marketing support, and other needs Analyzing sales on a regular basis Assist with Go To Market Planning for new launches Maintaining open communication with accounts, particularly on the topics of: Trend Sales Plan Business month, season, and year to date Rank and opportunity to advance rank Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and other stakeholders Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Acting as liaison between marketing and accounts to ensure effective programming and in store execution Updating, reviewing, and analyzing shipment projections and reports on a weekly and monthly basis Managing replenishment of retail sales and managing weeks of supply Address issues proactively—whether supply delays, customer feedback, or service challenges—partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions Support strategic business reviews, quarterly planning, and long-term growth initiatives for our professional channel What you'll bring: “We Ask Questions to Find the Best Answers” - This reflects a deep commitment to curiosity, learning, and improvement 4+ years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience At least two years experience working with SalonCentric (or similar distributors) and familiarity with their internal processes required The role is open to remote U.S, but it requires to be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours Excellent communication skills for effective sales and negotiation The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry Strong analytical skills including ability to translate sales reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals Availability to travel throughout the geographic region as often as necessary to meet the business needs of key markets (~20%) A desire to work in and promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive company culture Annual Base Salary Range is $95K–$105K (based on experience) + potential for yearly bonus Medical + Dental + Vision Unlimited PTO 25+ Paid Holidays Matching 401k program Quarterly OUAI Product Stipend + Employee Discounts Flex Fridays Employee HSA and FSA Hybrid work reimbursement Move Your OUAI (Exercise Reimbursement) Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role.
