Lead Agile development teams as Scrum Master, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery. | BA degree, 5 years of related experience including military project management, Secret Clearance, deep Scrum and Agile knowledge, project management skills, and strong communication and coaching abilities. | As the Sr. Project Manager, this individual will serve as a servant leader for Agile development teams. In this role, the Sr. Project Manager will lead complex projects from initiation to closure. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager will be a Scrum master that provides functions to support project management activities at the enterprise and local levels. Responsibilities: • Facilitates key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives, while coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices to deliver high-value products efficiently and effectively • Manages teams, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful, high-quality delivery that aligns with organizational goals • Supports project management activities at any level, derive requirements, when necessary, clarify requirements, oversee technical aspects of the project, coordinate with other teams, management, and stakeholders • Leads and organizes Scrum meetings, including the Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, to ensure their purpose is met and they are productive • Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project • Guides and mentors team members on Agile and Scrum principles and practices, helping them become self-organizing and cross-functional • Creates high-value products while acting as a shield for the development team, safeguarding their time from external distractions and interruptions to maintain focus and efficiency • Identifies and resolves any obstacles or distractions that hinder the team's progress, working to clear roadblocks that impede their ability to complete sprint tasks • Applies Project Management best practices in the synchronization and coordination of the development and execution of all requirements • Ensures engineering projects are completed in a timely manner with quality results • Promotes Continuous Improvement by guiding the team to adopt and improve their Scrum practices, focusing on learning and implementing feedback to become more effective and efficient • Ensures all Contractor personnel receive proper training, care, and access to the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete project and task requirements • Provides accurate and timely reporting to key leaders and stakeholders to include consolidating the Weekly Status Report and reviewing the Projects Tracker for accuracy • Identifies potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve them to keep the project on track • Performs all other tasks assigned Required Qualifications/Education and Experience: • BA/BA and 5 years of related skills and experience • Must have and maintain Secret Clearance • Must have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles • Five (5) years management and supervision of military project management • Knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management • Must have project management experience • Must have Agile methodology knowledge and experience • Must have knowledge of how to Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project • Must have strong communication skills, be proficient in coaching, and problem-solving skills, with the goal of continuously improving the team's performance and product quality Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience. • Desired candidates will have a PMP or Agile Methodology Certification, such as Scrum Master Certification • Prior experience or knowledge of the recruiting/accessioning processes is desired OSC Edge delivers a total rewards package that we know will attract, engage and retain top talent. In this role, the Senior System Business Analyst will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, as the Senior System Business Analyst, this individual will coordinate with leadership, department heads and IT support personnel to streamline processes and increase productivity among employees. Responsibilities: • Develops and analyzes reports, research, establishing processes and reviewing operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with leadership and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis • Develops standard operating procedures and quality assessment and control processes • Gathers and analyzes data for potential business and operational process development • Identifies specific opportunities to improve processes and procedures • Influences stakeholders to support operational projects • Assists with project management for selected projects • Coordinates with cross-departmental and division teams to produce better project outcomes • Tests business and operational processes and recommend improvements • Converts roadmap features into smaller user stories that are easier to complete • Develops reports of actionable information for organizational decision-makers • Write clear and well-structured project and process requirements/documents • Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand operational performance • Analyzes process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements • Communicates and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders • Develops and maintain reporting tools • Performs data discovery, analysis, and modeling • Collaborates with leadership and project managers on roadmap planning and prioritization • Performs all other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications/Education and Experience: • BA/BS Degree (degree in Computer Science/Management preferred) or 10 years of related skills and experience is required • Must have and maintain Secret Clearance with eligibility for Top-secret • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Superior presentation and negotiation skills • Strong management and organizational skills • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments • Knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management • Must have knowledge of how to Analyze new and complex business-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience. • Five (5) years management and supervision in a military environment. • Understanding of the Recruiting or Cadet Command Systems.
