This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Back-End/Infrastructure Engineer with founding/small start-up experience to take that next step into an exciting position with a very well-run and ambitious organisation in an innovative, exciting space. This young and agile company are building cutting-edge AI platforms. They are in a unique space where there is an opportunity for them to gain significant market share very quickly. About the Company: Seed-stage company, founded ~18 months ago $7M seed round closed this past summer Current team size: 3 engineers Business has moved past pure architecture and now needs execution and ownership There is the opportunity to work within a complex codebase, own entire product points, and build new features end-to-end. Our client are looking for a highly skilled Third Party Risk Senior Lead to join their global risk team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the key liaison between the central Third Party Risk function and regional entities, ensuring consistent application of third-party risk management policies and compliance with local regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in safeguarding the organisation from risks associated with third-party engagements, while supporting regional stakeholders across Risk & Compliance, Banking and Product teams, Operational leadership, and Internal Audit. What you’ll do: • Lead TPRM in your region – oversee localisation, regulatory mapping, outsourcing registers, and ensure compliance with group policies. • Strengthen risk oversight – support risk assessments, monitor local controls, and escalate deviations with corrective actions. • Represent Third Party Risk – act as the primary TPRM contact in local committees, governance forums, and syncs. • Support audits & exams – ensure documentation and responses align with group frameworks, driving consistent global standards. • Guide IntraGroup activity – coordinate materiality assessments and exit strategies, ensuring alignment with group-wide policies. What they're looking for: • Proven experience representing central risk or compliance functions across the Americas. • Strong background in third-party risk management, including localisation, governance, and oversight. • Hands-on experience supporting audits, exams, and IntraGroup risk activities. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes. • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. • A strategic thinker with a process improvement mindset and long-term vision.
