Assist senior managers with project process management, resource tracking, fund allocation, and communication to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline. | Must have PMP or CAPM certification, IAT Level II certificate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification, US citizenship, Tier Level Two Public Trust Security Clearance, and ability to relocate to Washington, DC. | Position: IT Project Administrator (Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 Yearly with Benefits) Responsibilities: · Assist Senior Managers with establishing and maintaining a process to manage the projects. Responsibilities will include effective communication and contributing to project success through detailed analysis and coordination. · Identify various resources, tracking funds, and reporting project progress. Effectively prioritize competing demands, recommend allocation of resources efficiently across project portfolios, and maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. · Ability to rapidly adapt to changing project requirements, manage scope modifications, and implement contingency plans while ensuring all projects remain within budget parameters and timeline constraints. Qualifications: • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) • IAT Level II certificate at a minimum. • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate E-Mail Resume and Salary History/ Requirement Must be US Citizen and require a Tier Level Two Public Trust Security Clearance.
