Requirements • Relationship Management Experience: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and other stakeholders. • Strategic Thinker with Strong Execution: Skilled at balancing big-picture planning with detail-oriented program delivery. • Excellent Communication & Facilitation Skills: Clear, persuasive communicator with experience leading meetings and discussions. • Data & Process Management: Comfortable tracking engagement and managing records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Proficient with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms and systems. • Passion for Education & Mission Alignment: Deep commitment to supporting schools on complex topics including Jewish history, antisemitism, and the Israeli-Palestinian story. • Collaborative & Proactive Approach: Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Independent Schools: Experience in K–12 education or working with schools is a plus. Who We Are: OpenDor Media is a leading global non-profit media company for the 21st century. We educate, entertain, and engage our audiences by bringing to life big ideas and authentic stories, and by celebrating all things Jewish. At ConnectED, our goal is to enhance literacy around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, antisemitism and the Holocaust, and Jewish history; equip students with skills in media literacy and courageous conversations; and foster empathy and understanding across diverse perspectives. Our nuanced educational content and resources are used by a global community of educators around the world and across all political and religious spectrums. We push the boundaries of innovation, creativity and good old hard work. From our leadership team to new and veteran team members, we all strive to embody our core values: Fueled by creativity: We think and act creatively in everything we do with the agility and flexibility to apply creativity, whatever role we play.
