This position is located in Nashville, TN, and does include traveling nationwide. Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Working knowledge of healthcare construction (ground-up & renovations) • Experience creating bids, working with subcontractors, completing schedules, and managing procurement and builds • Bachelor’s Degree Additional Skills (not required): • Experience working with FL AHCA Responsibilities: • Manage 2 large-scale construction projects simultaneously, ranging from $5M–$8M in value • Travel to project sites every two weeks, typically Tuesday–Wednesday • Collaborate cross-functionally with Assistant Project Managers, field teams, and outsourced design partners • Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, procurement, and overall project execution • Lead projects from ground-up construction through renovations, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance
