Manage capacity planning and performance management for operations across business units to ensure staffing and budget alignment. | Requires 5-7 years operational forecasting and staffing experience with a bachelor's degree preferred. | This position is responsible for managing the Capacity Plan and Performance Management for Operations within a specific line of business.
