As a Wealth Coach at OneEleven, you'll use your emotional intelligence and financial expertise to help members transform their relationship with money, achieve their dreams, and build lasting financial confidence. This is a part-time role (10-20 hours/week) where you'll guide members through their financial journey, celebrating their wins and helping them overcome challenges with your powerful combination of empathy, knowledge, and determination. For those interested in growing with us, there's potential to work your way into a full-time position as you demonstrate success in the role. • No product sales or quotas - your success is measured by the financial goals your members achieve, not by products sold • True flexibility - pick your own hours and build your schedule around your life • Coach-driven innovation - we build new tools based on our coaches' ideas, putting you at the forefront of financial wellness technology What You'll DoGuide Financial Foundations • Specialize in early-stage financial planning • Guide members through foundational money management: budgeting, debt payoff, emergency savings, and credit building • Find creative, outside-the-box solutions to help members save money and achieve their goals • Handle sensitive financial discussions with empathy and emotional intelligence • Support members through financial stress and anxiety with confidence and care • Celebrate every milestone with your members, turning small wins into stepping stones for bigger goals Deliver Amazing Member Experiences • Guide members through regular phone or video coaching sessions • Send encouraging messages and celebrate wins through our in-app chat between meetings to keep motivation high • Build lasting relationships through consistent engagement • Create moments of delight in every interaction Drive Program Excellence • Partner directly with a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who will support you and your members with complex financial situations • Collaborate with your coaching team in weekly development meetings to share best practices and deepen your financial knowledge • Help shape our coaching program by sharing insights and suggesting new tools and features we can build • Maintain highest standards of privacy and confidentiality with sensitive financial information You'll Crush It If You Have • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • 3+ years of financial services experience • Natural ability to make people feel instantly comfortable and understood • A genuine love for getting to know people and hearing their stories • Strong knowledge of financial products across banking, investing, insurance, and lending • Infectious positive energy and a "there's always a way" mindset • Confidence in your knowledge that puts members at ease • Self-motivated with a drive to go above and beyond • Ability to think outside the box and be creative with solutions • Tech-savvy approach to member communication Bonus points if you: • Have previous coaching experience • Hold professional designations in finance or psychology • Have the ability to travel to on-site partner events to meet members • Love presenting and can lead engaging webinars • Speak Spanish or French What Success Looks Like • Your members feel like they've known you for years after just one meeting • You have an instinct for making nervous members feel confident and excited • You're helping people achieve their foundational financial goals • You receive glowing feedback and testimonials • You contribute valuable insights that shape our product and coaching program The Setup • 100% remote work environment • Part-time schedule (10-20 hours/week) • Flexible hours between 7am-11pm EST • Available to conduct member meetings during evening hours (after 5:00 PM EST) at least two days per week • Latest coaching and communication tools • Work-from-home technology reimbursement Why Join Us You'll be part of an innovative team that's making financial wellness accessible to everyone.
