About the Role We are looking for an Sr Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and execute email campaigns, ensure quality through rigorous QA, and work with audience data to deliver targeted, impactful communications. You’ll also troubleshoot technical issues in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and CMS platforms while continuing to grow your expertise through specialized training. Primary Responsibilities Develop and launch email campaigns in SFMC. Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality. Segment and filter audience data for targeted campaigns. Troubleshoot basic technical issues in SFMC and CMS platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery. About You You are detail-oriented, technically savvy, and passionate about digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with data and technology to create meaningful customer experiences. Required Qualifications Background in email marketing or marketing technology Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Comfortable working with data for segmentation and targeting. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMS platforms. SFMC certification or related training. Knowledge of marketing automation best practices. Work Location & Eligibility One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Tri-Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states. The Role As the Strategic Initiatives & Business Performance Lead, you will be a provide critical support to the leadership team of One Pass through transformation and growth. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring that root causes behind performance trends are quickly evaluated, managed and monitored, and shaping the frameworks that guide business reporting and decision-making. You will coordinate across all business functions and teams to ensure One Pass delivers on strengthening its core wellness business while scaling for growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to define and prioritize performance management and transformation efforts across product, operations, and go-to-market functions. Design and manage the cadence, format, and content of business performance reporting for the executive team Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives that align with One Pass’s long-term vision and growth roadmap Translate actionable insights on business performance (EBITDA, growth, member engagement, operational KPIs) into prioritized initiatives. Own the development of the One Pass operating scorecard and gap closure tracking including operational process with functional leaders Establish repeatable processes for initiative tracking, business performance reviews, and strategic planning cycles. Support quarterly and annual business reviews with compelling narratives and data-driven insights About You You are a strategic thinker with a track record of operational excellence. You thrive in ambiguity, and are able to connect dots across functions, and bring structure to complexity. 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or performance management roles. MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and KPI development. Exceptional verbal, written, and oral communication skills—able to distill complexity into clarity.
