Drive product execution for crypto trading features, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. | Requires 3-10+ years in technical product management or similar, domain expertise in crypto or equities, execution skills, and stakeholder communication. | Job Description: • Drive product execution across core consumer crypto trading, growth, and related brokerage features. • Ship high-impact features such as in-app notifications, trading incentives, and optimized UX to drive user engagement and conversion. • Own the lifecycle of money movement products, including crypto-specific areas like deposits, withdrawals, and staking. • Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan. • Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates. Requirements: • 3-10+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management). • Domain expertise in crypto trading or a strong background in equities brokerage. • Execution-first mindset: You have a proven track record of shipping core trading features and navigating fast-moving environments. • Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives. • Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders. • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities. • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.
