This role is responsible for growing territory sales by developing and supporting a robust dealer network, cultivating key customer relationships, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Sales to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the mission, vision, and core values of DNE Laser USA. This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory to build connections, close deals, and represent our brand with integrity and excellence. What you'll do • Promote DNE Laser USA mission, vision, and core values. • Represent DNE Laser USA and our partners with the highest level of integrity and effort. • Work with the Director of Sales to achieve sales targets. • Penetrate assigned territory and consistently develop new business opportunities. • Travel within the territory to create relationships and close sales. • Lead, train, and motivate dealers to achieve sales goals. • Nourish existing dealer networks and develop additional dealer relationships to grow the territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or capital equipment. • Proven track record of territory management and sales growth. • Experience working with or managing dealer or distributor networks preferred. • Familiarity with laser cutting, metal fabrication, or machine tool industries is a plus. • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 75-100%). Skills and Abilities • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across diverse audiences. • Ability to train, coach, and motivate dealers and partners to achieve goals. • Capable of identifying new market opportunities and converting leads into sales. • Strong business acumen and ability to adapt strategy based on market trends and competition. • Proficiency with CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Highly organized with strong territory planning and time management skills. • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Commitment to upholding company core values and representing the brand with integrity.
