Responsibilities • Provide the highest level of media leadership on a client's business on a day-to-day basis • Demonstrate expertise in all digital media principles and apply them to a client's business • Serve as an effective communicator with the ability to both work and lead a group in a team environment • Lead and foster a strong level of integration among all groups within PHD and partner agencies • Specialize in Digital Direct, with knowledge in paid media: Search, Social and Programmatic • Act as a solution-seeker who is always willing to jump over obstacles to bring the work from good to great, highly skilled in your craft and courageous in approach • Bring inspiration, smarts, and clarity to programmatic planning, setting an agenda teams can happily and confidently take action on • Continuously raise the bar on the programmatic product, helping clients and partners develop more creative media solutions to business challenges plan after plan • Operate as a highly skilled self-starter who is organized, confident in your abilities, and unafraid to share opinions and new perspective Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative-intensive analytical discipline, including Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance • Experience managing online Digital Direct, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns • Experience optimizing Display marketing campaigns across DSP, DMP, and Ad Serving Platforms • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities (Macro/VBA experience a plus) • 1-5 years of work experience, including recent managerial experience in performance or direct-response online advertising • 2-3 years of experience managing client campaigns with a proven track record of client success • Deep understanding of Digital Direct and paid media verticals: search, social, and programmatic • Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement • Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients • Well-rounded thinker (conceptual, analytical, and executional) • Confident manager with the ability to mentor and inspire a team • Strong organizational and project management skills Required Skills • Proactive self-starter capable of setting goals and reporting progress • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mine data for campaign performance insights and implement strategies with minimal oversight and financial exposure • Strong passion for experimental design integrity, including A/B control testing, statistical significance, deductive reasoning and logic, and applying insights in dynamic, imperfect environments • Strong leadership and communication skills • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and basic statistics • Experience with SPSS, SAS, Salesforce, Business Objects, or other BI and statistical toolsets (a plus) • Advanced understanding of DSPs, DMPs, 3rd party data, pixel technologies, Ad Servers (DoubleClick a plus), attribution, and ad verification This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $70,000-$125,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
