Key Responsibilities: Event Execution & Logistics • Assist in the planning and delivery of major, multi-day marquee corporate events, including VIP client experiences, brand showcases, and hospitality activations tied to corporate tentpole events, premier sponsorships and employee engagement programs • Own key components of event operations, including venue sourcing, vendor management, timelines, run-of-show documents, and onsite logistics. • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and overall quality control. • Support execution of both internal and external-facing events, including client hospitality, sponsorship activations, and executive programs. • Work with sponsorship teams to track usage, manage compliance, and ensure strategic ticket deployment that aligns with business priorities.
