Retail Media Associate Director As the Retail Media Associate Director you are an absolute Retail Media Rockstar thriving in the fast-moving, demanding environment that is media strategy, planning and hands-on-keys activation. You love being hands-on and driving performance. You have a generosity for sharing your knowledge by mentoring and developing junior team members. You have solid experience and a proven track record of delivering on performance goals and objectives while establishing strong trusting relationships with clients, retail partners, and internal teams. You are not afraid to have a strong POV or to challenge legacy ways of working. You are open to receiving and giving feedback across teams as we constantly iterate to identify the best, most effective and efficient ways of working and process. Responsibilities: • Lead retail media Search and DSP strategy, planning, and HOK activation across a portfolio of beauty brands within the Amazon ecosystem • Lead and develop a team of hands-on-key media managers and associates to deliver best-in-class media activation • Develop Amazon Advertising strategy, planning, and activation tactics for a holistic approach across both search and display to deliver on campaign goals and objectives • Expert level knowledge of keyword and audience strategy and tactics • You understand and are up to date on the latest Amazon advertising products and capability to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of testing new opportunities and extracting maximum value with our retail partners • Establish strong relationships with clients and retail partners built on trust and collaboration Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years retail paid search and DSP experience in Amazon, multiple retail platforms ideal • Skilled at retail media strategy, planning and activation of large-scale enterprise campaigns • Experience with a retail media campaign activation platform such as Pacvue or Skai • Ability to effectively engage with clients in, for example, campaign strategy setting discussions, weekly performance calls, campaign reviews, QBR’s, and other forums • Ability to identify actionable insights from media performance trends and articulate in a narrative that is simple and easy to understand • Strong understanding of the broader media ecosystem and how retail is integrated across the consumer journey • You are not intimidated by data; in fact you are drawn to data and insights as the oxygen that fuels the elevation of media strategy and activation #LI-ES1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $70,000—$135,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
