Must have at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources leadership role. Must have strong employee relations experience at a decision-making level, including experience conducting investigations, managing the coaching and counseling, terminations and handling employee issues. Must have a well-rounded Human Resources background with solid experience in employee relations, benefits, training, safety, liability avoidance and compliance.
