Leading and managing complex projects, developing strategies, and maintaining client relationships in a nonprofit and healthcare context. | Extensive experience in grant writing, fundraising, strategic communications, and leadership in nonprofit settings, with a focus on community outreach and stakeholder engagement. | Omelet, an award-winning, independent creative agency with a growing and exciting client roster, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and multidisciplinary Senior Brand Manager for its Hollywood headquarters location (hybrid, 2x week in office). The ideal brand person is a born leader, resourceful, with a keen business sense with equal parts emotional intelligence and level-headedness to behave like a CEO of our client’s brand or project. The brand management function at our agency touches every step of the development process from strategy to finance to creative and production as well as driving the client relationship forward. It is the ultimate responsibility of brand management to generate great, creative work that works on time and on budget, all the while organizing and motivating the team. We are a hybrid office. Candidates must be living in Los Angeles and able to commute to the Hollywood area 2x a week. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and implement processes and programs to help achieve client goals Ensure client feedback and concerns are addressed and client expectations are met Act as the day-to-day point of contact for client and serve as liaison between external and internal agency teams Lead and own the most complex multi-channel projects independently from conception to delivery, including post-mortems Be a creative entrepreneur who helps drive business growth Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop creative campaigns Establish budget and track spending on projects Attend client-related trade shows, meetings, and events Mentor and coach younger brand team members on best practices Stay on top of industry and cultural trends 5-7 years of brand management experience at a full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency Proven track record of client relationship development and service who is able to influence and deescalate as needed Showcased ability of leading and managing the most complex integrated projects with little to no oversight At least 2+ year as main client contact Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams Extensive experience developing and building SOWs for a variety of clients Proactive and strategic thinker Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps with baseline knowledge of AI tools Consistent track record of leading internal and external client presentations
