This role requires deep expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java Spring Boot) technologies, along with proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. Cloud knowledge, particularly Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) is critical. Technical Skillset: • Strong experience with Angular (version 16+), Java Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgresSQL) • Extensive experience with cloud-native application development and deployment • Familiarity with GKE or similar container orchestration platforms • Agile framework and tools like Rally, JIRA for sprint management • Debugging and performance optimization techniques, feature flagging • Technical Leadership • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and setting standards across the development lifecycle • Experience in conducting code reviews, problem-solving, and ensuring code meets acceptance criteria • Ability to mentor team members and provide guidance on technical skills and project alignment • CI/CD Pipeline Setup: • Hands-on experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, and CircleCI • Expertise in automating workflows and deployments through pipelines • Familiarity with testing automation tools like Playwright Responsibilities: • Lead discussions with Architecture, Technical leads, Product managers, business, Infra and Enterprise Security teams to come up with scalable and efficient application solution and build code • Lead technical initiatives, build code, set standards and ensuring quality across the development lifecycle • Conduct code reviews, assist in problem-solving, and ensure code meets acceptance criteria • Mentor team members, providing guidance on both technical skills and project alignment • Coordinate closely with the Product Managers, Design leads and Engineering Manager on architectural decisions and design reviews • Facilitate/participate in sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to align with project goals Preferred experience / Certifications: • Google Cloud Platform / Azure Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent • Experience with Reporting Solutions: • Proficiency in building reporting solutions using third-party tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker • Ability to render reports on UI using iframes or REST APIs • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
Develop and maintain data processing software, capture requirements, develop databases, maintain data pipelines, and document data processes. | 5+ years of data analysis and engineering experience including data schema development, data migration, and mandatory Maximo and/or SAP experience. | Job Description • The contractor team will bring senior-level knowledge of data development and data systems engineering. • A Data Analyst/Engineer, or Data Systems Engineer, is responsible for developing and maintaining data processing software responsible for requirement capture, database development, data documentation, and the development and maintenance of data processing pipelines. Documentation is a key consideration, as is experience with coding (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) and other tools for performing data migration (e.g., extract, transform, and load tools, ArcGIS Data Interoperability, SQL Server Integration Services, and other tools such as open source). • The Data Engineer must have 5 years experience with data analysis and engineering activities, including data schema development and data migration activities. • MUST have Maximo and/or SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities Develop architecture blueprints for Radiology and Cardiology PACS across ministries. Ensure integration with EMR/EHR, VNA, and ancillary imaging systems. Define infrastructure, storage, and network specifications for optimal image performance. Collaborate with workflow/business analysts to align technical solutions with clinical processes. Review vendor solutions and oversee technical validation. Experience & Skills 10+ years in healthcare solution architecture, with at least 5 years in PACS/VNA. Deep knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE profiles, and imaging standards. Experience with multi-ministry, multi-vendor environments. TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
