This individual will provide vital assistance to a team of attorneys by handling case-related tasks, preparing a variety of legal documentation, and managing case files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in legal terminology, and understands the electronic filing procedures in State and Federal Courts. This will be full-time, in-office position with the possibility of transitioning into a hybrid work week. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive litigation support to multiple attorneys, managing heavy and complex caseloads Prepare, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and correspondence in compliance with applicable court rules Prepare court filings for state, federal and appellate courts, including electronic and traditional filings Coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare, submit, and track travel and expense reimbursements Assist with discovery and trial support, including document production, exhibit preparation, and court filings.
