Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. • 7 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready, scalable web applications. • Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build high-performance services and APIs. • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, with a focus on building intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces. • Telephony / UCaaS: 3-4 years of direct, hands-on experience integrating with telephony and unified communications platforms such as Nextiva, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or related systems. • Real-Time Communications: Deep understanding of real-time communication frameworks (e.g., Asterisk) and protocols such as WebRTC, with experience troubleshooting and optimizing them in production. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization patterns, with the ability to design and maintain clean, reliable integrations. • Experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including schema design and query optimization. • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git, and experience contributing to collaborative, team-based development workflows. As a key member of the Servicing Operations team, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the tools, systems, and processes that drive the Servicing Operations functions. Responsibilities: • Operational Support • Support the implementation and maintenance of servicing systems. • Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to troubleshoot system issues. • Monitor to proactively identify risks, collaborating with the appropriate teams to resolve any breaks or gaps. • Process Enablement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements and process optimizations. • Become a subject matter expert in servicing systems (LoanPro), helping translate operational needs and into solutions. • Assist in the design, rollout, and adoption of new features and tools by gathering user feedback, conducting UAT, and supporting training efforts. • Support initiatives that improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the team. • Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with internal teams and SMEs to scope and support the successful delivery of enhancements. • Maintain clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders regarding system updates, performance trends, and ongoing initiatives. • Provide insightful information and relevant data to management. • Quality Oversight • Lead initiatives to improve process integrity and consistency across servicing functions. • Develop and refine best practices to ensure quality and compliance in core functions. • Conduct reviews following new launches. • Partner with multiple business units to ensure updates are consistently reflected and accounted for.
