Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. • 7 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready, scalable web applications. • Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build high-performance services and APIs. • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, with a focus on building intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces. • Telephony / UCaaS: 3-4 years of direct, hands-on experience integrating with telephony and unified communications platforms such as Nextiva, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or related systems. • Real-Time Communications: Deep understanding of real-time communication frameworks (e.g., Asterisk) and protocols such as WebRTC, with experience troubleshooting and optimizing them in production. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization patterns, with the ability to design and maintain clean, reliable integrations. • Experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including schema design and query optimization. • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git, and experience contributing to collaborative, team-based development workflows. The role described above offers a base salary of $130,000 to $170,000 + bonus incentive eligibility. As a key member of the Servicing Operations team, the Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the tools, systems, and processes that drive the Servicing Operations functions. You’ll act as a bridge between operational needs and technical execution, advocating for process improvements, supporting new initiatives, and ensuring that solutions are efficient. The scope of this role involves operational support, process enablement, quality assurance, and communication. Responsibilities: • Operational Support • Support the implementation and maintenance of servicing systems. • Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to troubleshoot system issues. • Monitor to proactively identify risks, collaborating with the appropriate teams to resolve any breaks or gaps. • Process Enablement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements and process optimizations. • Become a subject matter expert in servicing systems (LoanPro), helping translate operational needs and into solutions. • Assist in the design, rollout, and adoption of new features and tools by gathering user feedback, conducting UAT, and supporting training efforts. • Support initiatives that improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of the team. • Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with internal teams and SMEs to scope and support the successful delivery of enhancements. • Maintain clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders regarding system updates, performance trends, and ongoing initiatives. • Provide insightful information and relevant data to management. • Quality Oversight • Lead initiatives to improve process integrity and consistency across servicing functions. • Develop and refine best practices to ensure quality and compliance in core functions. • Conduct reviews following new launches. • Partner with multiple business units to ensure updates are consistently reflected and accounted for. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.
