Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. • 7 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready, scalable web applications. • Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build high-performance services and APIs. • Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, with a focus on building intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces. • Telephony / UCaaS: 3-4 years of direct, hands-on experience integrating with telephony and unified communications platforms such as Nextiva, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or related systems. • Real-Time Communications: Deep understanding of real-time communication frameworks (e.g., Asterisk) and protocols such as WebRTC, with experience troubleshooting and optimizing them in production. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization patterns, with the ability to design and maintain clean, reliable integrations. • Experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including schema design and query optimization. • Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git, and experience contributing to collaborative, team-based development workflows.
