Responsibilities and Duties OCT currently has an opening for a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to work with our federal client. The ST PM will provide program management oversight for all technical activities, specifically the Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and Data Operations Enterprise Services (Task 3). This role will bridge the gap between the overall Program Manager (PM) and the technical leads (CCM, CAIL) to ensure all technical delivery is secure, efficient, and utilizes modern development methodologies.
