As the Operations Manager you will help assist and support the greater operations team with strategic project management and oversight. The Supply Planning Manager is focused on all aspects of the supply chain, engaging in overseeing contract manufacturing partners, finished goods and various supply chain projects. Responsibilities Long-Term Planning (Rolling 12-15 months) - Update monthly MRP file Reconcile inventory and ensure data accuracy with all supplier and manufacturer inventory and movement reports. Responsibilities: • Measurement & modeling — provide senior support across the full portfolio: MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics. You’ll report into the Salon Director for your specific geographic territory and have predetermined targets for both new business development and growth of existing accounts.
