Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations. The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency. The role requires effective communication with team members and customers to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and file management. • Assist with sales operations, including tracking leads, preparing proposals, and supporting outreach. • Manage office operations, supplies, and logistics for meetings and events. • Coordinate and track tasks across departments to ensure workflow efficiency. • Maintain updated customer records and support reporting tasks. Qualifications • Experience in Business Operations and Analytical Skills • Skills in Administrative Assistance • Strong Communication skills • Proficiency in Customer Service • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Experience in the food industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through. • Experience in sales, administrative, or office management roles preferred. Compensations & Schedule QualificationsCompensation & Schedule: • $20/hour • 35 hours/week: 9 AM – 4 PM (Monday–Friday) • 10% commission on new contracted sales leads • Email your resume to: hiring@nuksys.com
