Day-to-Day Job Duties Serve as the primary onshore functional lead for NetSuite Manufacturing and Supply Chain, engaging directly with client Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and drive configuration decisions. Configure and support core NetSuite Manufacturing modules: Work Orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Assembly Builds, Work-In-Process (WIP), Disassembly, Scrap/Yield tracking, and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP). Set up and configure the Purchase Order (PO) module including purchase requisitions, vendor management, PO approval workflows, goods receipts, landed costs, and blanket POs. Configure Order Management including sales orders, order-to-cash flow, item fulfillment, drop shipment, back orders, returns/RMA, and fulfillment exception handling. Configure Inventory Management: multi-location inventory, lot/serial number tracking, bin management, inventory adjustments, and demand planning integration with MRP. Set up SuiteFlow approval workflows for purchase orders, sales orders, and manufacturing work orders; coordinate with Finance lead on procure-to-pay and order-to-cash process integration. Lead client workshops, process walkthroughs, and UAT sessions for manufacturing and supply chain workstreams; act as escalation point for offshore team queries. Coordinate offshore team tasks daily — assign configuration and documentation work, review deliverables, and ensure project milestones are met on time. Lead data migration activities using CSV imports for item masters, BOMs, vendor masters, and open purchase/sales orders. Develop test scripts, lead SIT and UAT phases, and deliver end-user training and runbooks for Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional experience with at least two full-cycle implementations as Functional Lead, with primary emphasis on Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. 5+ years of Deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing: Work Orders, BOM, Routings, WIP, Assembly Builds, MRP, and production scheduling. 3+ Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite Purchase Order module: requisitions, vendor management, PO approvals, receipts, and landed costs. 3+ Solid configuration experience in NetSuite Order Management: sales orders, fulfillment, returns/RMA, and drop shipment scenarios. 3+ Experience with SuiteFlow for PO, sales order, and work order approval workflows; familiar with CSV import for SCM master data migration. We are currently seeking a Government State, Local, and Education Division Delivery Director to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida (US-FL), United States (US). Job Overview: NTT DATA’s State, Local, and Education Division seeks a Delivery Director of Services Delivery & Support to provide strategic direction, lead teams, and oversee execution. This role will build strong partnerships with agencies and clients, drive transformation goals, and improve operational efficiency by managing IT resources. The Director will also collaborate with senior leaders to deliver integrated IT services and solutions. This leader will maintain a customer-oriented approach, act with urgency, and prioritize quality, value, and timely delivery. The role involves directing the technical execution of multiple, concurrent solutions while following software development lifecycle standards and supporting a positive employee experience. Responsibilities include organizational and people leadership, providing technical advice, overseeing design and development, managing resources, maintaining documentation, conducting code reviews, handling release management, ensuring security and accessibility compliance, and offering technical support for platform-based solutions. The Delivery Director will report to the Account Sr. Director. In this role you will be responsible for: Serving alongside a Senior Account Director and team to establish enterprise strategic direction and policies; identify areas of opportunity for improved productivity and efficiency by maintaining a high level of technical and management knowledge. • Providing senior executive-level expertise and technical guidance to major, large-scale innovation programs and projects. • Collaborating across cross-functional organizations to identify opportunities to leverage common strategies, workstreams, and solutions as well as extend the adoption of statewide standards. • Partnering with appropriate finance and budget teams to direct allocations, understand organizational financial health, and respond to budgetary requests and challenges as delegated. Required Experience: • A minimum of ten (10) years minimum of experience overseeing application development contracts with in-depth experience in the project development life cycle from design to implementation and delivery. • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing and developing people on technical teams. • A minimum of three (3) years of experience delivering Service Oriented Architectures. • A minimum of two (2) years experience managing large in-house, cloud, or vendor-supplied portfolios of IT Services. • Bachelor's degree prefered, but additional experience can substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Other Key Characteristics: • Prior experience with large-scale service delivery management. • Prior experience with executive level stakeholder management. • This position may require on-call duties as needed by the position. • This role may require travel up to 25% • The candidate must be willing to relocate to Tallahassee FL • Project Manager Certification highly preferred • Certification from one of the Large-Scale Cloud Management Platforms preferred • Exceptional experience with NW Fiber and Installation of Fiber • ITIL V4 Certification preferred • Preferred Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise- Level, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $121,162 - $280,469. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
