The ideal candidate is a driver—someone who is proactive, persistent, and comfortable nudging senior stakeholders to get what’s needed.    Job Duties and Responsibilities:    Data Integrity & Governance  * Own day-to-day data quality in the CRM (e.g., account/contact hygiene, opportunity stages, close dates, values, activity logs). * Build and maintain data validation rules, picklists, workflows, and field definitions to standardize inputs. * Perform regular data audits, dedupe records, and correct inconsistencies or gaps. * Partner with IT/Program Management Office on integrations to ensure data flows in and out of the CRM correctly.   Stakeholder Management & Follow-Through  * Actively chase Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders for updates on key opportunities, accounts, and forecasts. * Monitor and enforce CRM usage standards; escalate when critical information is missing or out of date. * Run regular “data hygiene” reviews with business owners and document agreed actions. * Serve as the go-to point of contact for CRM questions, issues, and quick fixes.   Reporting, Insights & Forecast Support  * Maintain core dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecast, activity, and account health. * Ensure data is “board-ready” ahead of executive and forecast meetings by validating key fields and assumptions.     * Identify trends and gaps in CRM usage and recommend actions to improve data completeness and accuracy.   Process Improvement & Enablement  * Help define and refine CRM processes (opportunity lifecycle, lead routing, account ownership, etc.). * Create simple, clear documentation and quick-reference guides for end users. * Train new users and run periodic refresher sessions to drive adoption and compliance. * Partner with leadership to prioritize enhancements that improve usability and data reliability.     Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  * 3–5+ years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Sales Operations, or Data Analyst role. * Hands-on experience with CRMS required. Position Overview As a Senior Scheduling Manager, you will lead the development, integration, and oversight of complex project schedules for large-scale data centers and fiber infrastructure programs. Your expertise in Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) will ensure timely delivery, resource optimization, and proactive risk mitigation across multiple phase projects. This role is pivotal in aligning project timelines with organizational goals and driving schedule performance for mission-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities Schedule Development & Management * Create and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 for all project phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning). * Perform critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. * Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. * Develop and continuously improve scheduling procedures and training programs. Progress Monitoring & Reporting * Track progress against baseline schedules; prepare variance analyses and actionable recommendations. * Generate weekly/monthly schedule reports, including Gantt charts, S-curves, and resource histograms. * Present schedule status, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders. * Utilize modern reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, MS Office Suite) for enhanced data visualization and automation. Governance, Compliance & Quality * Ensure adherence to company scheduling standards, industry best practices, and quality control plans. * Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance with contractual obligations. * Promote a strong safety culture and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Collaboration & Leadership * This position ensures project timelines are realistic, achievable, and aligned with strategic objectives. The Senior Scheduling Manager plays a critical role in risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and driving schedule performance across complex, high-value projects. * Partner with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather inputs and resolve schedule conflicts. * Lead schedule review meetings; coach and mentor junior schedulers. * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the scheduling team. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 7+ years in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience managing large-scale EPC or data center projects using Primavera P6. * Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with EVM and cost/resource-loaded schedules. * Certifications (Preferred): PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE PSP. * Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The Director of Preconstruction Services will work within Network Connex’s Data Center Services group providing complete oversight for the successful direction, scalable planning and leadership of the group’s preconstruction operations. The successful candidate will be dynamic, innovative and possess thorough knowledge of estimating, engineering and design, and prefabrication best practices and strategies. Follow Safe work practices that conform to the Company’s Safety program and customer site policies and procedures. • Establishes, implements, and communicates the direction of preconstruction operations. • Reviews all bid packages with the assigned Estimator prior to estimate kick-off ensuring a detailed understanding of the scope, technical requirements and pricing strategy for the project. • Prior to delivery of formal response delivery – conducts full reviews of all final cost estimate and response packages for accuracy, completeness ensuring clarity and that all requirements of the request for proposal have been captured and included. • Establish and monitor group and team member performance metrics such as it relates to estimating and prefabrication. • Partners with Executive leadership and Business Development in determining what projects to pursue and costing strategies that improves competitive position and positively impacts opportunity win rate. • Collaborate with and lead the team in driving innovative techniques related to value engineering, prefabrication strategies and technologies. • Identifies and provides opportunities for the team’s up-skilling and professional development. • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to streamline preconstruction workstreams and improve utilization of resources. • Builds relationships and collaborates with other division and department leaders in carrying out the organization’s goals and objectives. • Prepares and presents regular reporting on performance and metrics to the Vice President of Data Center Services and other Executive leadership. • Participates in presentations to internal and external leadership and stakeholders of all levels. • Provides technical assistance and support in negotiating contracts and change orders as may be required. • This position will play a key role in the customer / project interview process and aid in the securing and expansion of new and existing contracts. Experience and Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a construction management or engineering discipline. • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in estimating, engineering or project management for large scale highly complex Structured Cabling and/or Low Voltage Systems projects. • 5+ years’ extensive experience in data center cabling infrastructure preferred. • Demonstrated experience in developing estimates and response packages for projects utilizing various contracting methods such as Lump Sum / Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Unit Rate, Design Build, etc. • Preferred professional certifications: • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) • BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) • AASPE Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) • A combination of related and relevant education, training and experience will be considered.
