Leading large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and developing client relationships. | 15+ years in water/wastewater treatment construction, managing $100M+ programs, with experience in complex stakeholder environments and alternative delivery methods. | Title : Water Treatment Project Executive Location: Gresham, Oregon (Portland Metro) Duration: Fulltime Position Overview • We are seeking a Water Treatment Project Executive to lead, develop, and deliver large ‐ scale water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. • This role is responsible for strategic oversight, client relationships, financial performance, and operational excellence on complex municipal and industrial treatment facilities. • This is a career ‐ defining executive role with a national/ leading water infrastructure contractor offering market ‐ leading compensation, long ‐ term equity participation, and the opportunity to shape a growing water infrastructure platform. Perform clerical tasks, data entry, and vendor communication to support the Purchasing Department. | Requires experience in clerical work, data entry, and communication with vendors or customers, with proficiency in English. | Job: Purchasing Assistant Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6 Months JOB SUMMARY Perform various clerical tasks and provide administrative and staff support to the organization, with particular focus on the Purchasing Department, to include Purchasing and any other department as required. Perform data entry on various administrative data base systems. Perform general clerical functions, to include data entry, photocopying, shredding and filing. Will call customers/vendors for PO follow-up. Will use the Internet and E-mail systems to retrieve ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Data Entry for Purchasing as required.· Experience dealing with customers/vendors on the phone.· Experience with filing numerically and/or alphabetically.· Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Lead CRM strategies and manage cross-functional projects to optimize customer engagement and retention. | Requires 5+ years of CRM leadership experience with Oracle Service Cloud, including certifications and scripting skills, which you do not possess. | Title: CRM Lead Work Location: Remote PST only Position Type: Contract Duration: Long Term Summary: • 5+ years of experience in CRM leadership or consulting roles with Oracle Service Cloud (Fusion). • Solid understanding of customer service operations and CRM/contact center best practices. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and onsite leadership skills. • Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation. • Experience managing projects in cross-functional enterprise environments. Preferred Skills: • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle B2C Service Certified). • Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, PHP) in Oracle Service Cloud. • Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud). • Understanding of customer experience analytics and reporting (e.g., Oracle BI, Genesys reporting).
