Key Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, meetings, and schedules - Coordinate domestic & international travel and expenses - Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and communications - Support leadership meetings, events, onboarding, and special projects - Track deadlines, action items, and recurring requirements - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Coordinate purchasing, invoices, and other administrative processes Requirements: - 5+ years of Executive/Senior Administrative Assistant experience - Experience supporting senior leadership - Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams - Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills - Ability to work independently, prioritize, and proactively solve problems - Experience with ERP, purchasing, or expense systems is a plus 📩 Interested?
