Assist with daily operational tasks, research, project support, and administrative duties for the PR team. | Strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of design tools, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. | We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic PR team. These are mainly a remote position which provide an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to work or gain experience in the public relations field. The ideal team member that eager to contribute, learn, adapt, and ready to take on various tasks that support our team's objectives. Based on experience and skills, an individual may be offered a position as a pr associate or an internship position. Duties • Assist with daily operational tasks and project management activities. • Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing projects. • Collaborate with team members on specific assignments and presentations. • Participate in phone or zoom meetings, taking notes and providing input as needed. • Help maintain organized documentation and files related to projects. • Support the team in developing creative solutions and innovative ideas. • Perform additional administrative tasks as required. Skills • Strong communication English skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Indesign, and Canva are a plus • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. • Basic knowledge of industry-related tools or software is a plus. • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week Work Location: Remote
