Build and maintain customer-facing product experiences across multiple platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities. | 7+ years full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, strong production software delivery, and collaboration skills. | The Role Join the Product team building the customer-facing surfaces of Nous Portal, Hermes Agent, and the products around them across mobile, desktop, and web. This role centers on the everyday Hermes Agent experience people interact with, wherever they use it. Responsibilities Build and own customer-facing product experiences across Hermes Agent and Nous Portal on desktop, web, and mobile. Develop full-stack features spanning frontend applications, backend APIs, and supporting services. Partner closely with Product and Design to create polished, intuitive user experiences with exceptional performance and reliability. Build cross-platform experiences that feel native to each environment while maintaining a consistent product experience. Translate product ideas into production features quickly, then iterate based on customer feedback and usage data. Contribute product ideas and engineering perspectives throughout the product development process. Solve complex technical challenges across the stack while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability. Design, implement, and maintain automated testing that ensures reliability across releases. Collaborate with Research and AI teams to bring new model capabilities into customer-facing products. Qualifications 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building and shipping production software. Proven track record developing customer-facing products used by real users. Strong experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar frontend technologies. Proficiency in Python and comfort working with systems programming languages such as Rust. Experience building software across multiple platforms, including desktop, web, or mobile. Strong product intuition and attention to UX, interaction design, and visual polish. Excellent collaboration skills with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers. Curiosity, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving engineering environment. Extensive use of AI-assisted development tools to increase engineering productivity and quality. Nice-to-Have Experience building cross-platform products from a shared codebase or design system. Experience with AI products, LLM applications, AI agents, or tool-calling workflows. Familiarity with PyTorch, OpenAI-compatible APIs, model routing, or modern AI infrastructure. Contributions to open-source software or AI developer tools. Strong portfolio of personal projects demonstrating technical curiosity and product craftsmanship.

Design and maintain cloud platform infrastructure and collaborate on observability and deployment workflows. | 3+ years full-stack engineering with cloud infrastructure ownership and strong programming in TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust, plus containerization and cloud platform experience. | The Role As a Software Engineer on the Hermes Cloud team, you'll own full-stack engineering across the cloud platform that powers Hermes Agent and Nous Portal. You'll design and build the infrastructure, deployment systems, and platform services that keep our managed AI products reliable, scalable, and easy to operate. This is a full-stack engineering role that spans infrastructure and product development. You'll help build the cloud platform while also shipping user-facing features, working closely with Product, Research, and Engineering to deliver exceptional AI experiences. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain the cloud platform that powers Hermes Cloud and managed AI services. Own software development end-to-end across backend services, platform infrastructure, deployment systems, and user-facing applications. Architect scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure that supports inference, agent execution, and enterprise deployments. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate engineering velocity. Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and reliability improvements across production systems. Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cloud costs as product usage grows. Ship full-stack product features across Hermes Agent and Nous Portal alongside platform improvements. Evaluate and integrate third-party infrastructure and managed services where appropriate, balancing speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Collaborate closely with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to support new AI capabilities and production launches. Qualifications 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with significant ownership of cloud infrastructure or platform systems. Strong programming skills in one or more of TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust. Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization, orchestration, and deployment technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with CI/CD systems, infrastructure-as-code, observability, monitoring, and production incident response. Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to build across backend, infrastructure, and frontend systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment. Curiosity about AI infrastructure and enthusiasm for building reliable systems that support cutting-edge AI applications. Nice-to-Have Experience operating high-throughput, latency-sensitive distributed systems. Familiarity with LLM infrastructure, inference systems, or OpenAI-compatible APIs. Experience with serverless platforms, managed cloud infrastructure, or multi-cloud deployments. Experience building or operating AI infrastructure, model serving platforms, or agent systems. Contributions to open-source software or the AI ecosystem. Experience optimizing production systems for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
