We are seeking a Head of Application Revenue to lead and scale the next growth engine.This is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming applications from opportunistic add-ons into a repeatable, high-margin revenue stream. You will work closely with Public Sector Sales, Marketing Enablement, Product, and Customer Success, owning application revenue outcomes while operating in tight partnership with the broader GTM organization.Your day to day will include:Revenue Ownership & StrategyOwn and drive global applications revenue across new and existing customers.Define and execute the application revenue growth strategyEstablish forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for applications.Drive disciplined application attach and expansion motions across the installed customer base.Sales Motion & Lifecycle StrategyDefine when and how applications are introduced and sold across the customer lifecycle, from initial platform deployment through ongoing expansion and performance-driven upsell.Develop repeatable application sales plays aligned to customer use cases such as optimization, safety, and performance analytics.Partner with Product on application packaging, pricing strategy, and ongoing roadmap feedback.Overlay Sales LeadershipBuild and lead a team of Application Sales Specialists operating as an overlay to the core sales organization.Support complex application discovery, demonstrations, trials, and value articulation.Ensure seamless collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and channel partners.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Marketing Enablement to deliver high-impact application sales tools and partner enablement.Collaborate with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and drive application adoption.Act as the commercial voice of the market for NoTraffic’s application portfolio.
