Basic Qualifications * Education / Experience: Bachelors degree & 12 years of related experience, OR a Masters degree & 10 years of related experience, OR a PhD & 8 years of related experience, OR a high school diploma or equivalent & 16 years of related experience in subcontracts, purchasing, contracts, project/business management, or finance, * Subcontract sourcing to close‑out; drafting HOA & Long‑Term Pricing Agreements; negotiating terms & conditions; supplier performance management; cost/price analysis; market research. * Working‑level knowledge of FAR/DFARS (or equivalent business law). * CostPoint or SAP ERP + MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret clearance or higher (US Citizenship required) Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree in Government Acquisitions, Contract Management, Project Management, Business Management, Finance, or related field. * Negotiated contracts >$100 M; strong presentation skills to senior leadership. * Expertise with both U.S. Government and commercial subcontracts, multiple contract types, and special payment provisions (e.g., progress‑ or performance‑based payments). * Knows how to perform Price Cost Analysis * Proven ability to lead/mentor other SCAs in preparing Teaming Agreements, MOUs, and Long‑Term Pricing Agreements. * Experience reviewing subcontract packages from peers or junior Subcontract Administrators. Primary Level Salary Range: $133,000.00 - $199,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
